1. Eligibility
Furprise Box is designed for pet owners with dogs weighing between 5 to 25 lbs. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer the following options:
*One-Month Purchase – A single box, non-renewing.
*3-Month Subscription – Billed monthly.
*12-Month Subscription – Billed monthly.
All subscriptions are billed on the 2nd of each month. Boxes are packed and delivered around the 10th–15th of each month.
Cancellations:
*One-month plans may not be cancelled once an order is placed.
*By subscribing to the 3-month Furprise Box plan, you agree to a 3-month commitment with monthly billing. Subscribers will be charged automatically on the 2nd of each month for a total of 3 payments.
*By subscribing to the 12-month Furprise Box plan, you agree to a one-year commitment with monthly billing. Subscribers will be charged automatically on the 2nd of each month for a total of 12 payments.
Early Cancellation: Early cancellation is not permitted during the 12-month commitment period. If you wish to cancel before your subscription ends, please contact us at info@furprisebox.ca. Early cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
3. Product Information & Returns
Each Furprise Box is carefully curated with toys, treats, and accessories tailored for small- to medium-sized pups. Treats are sourced from local Canadian vendors and may vary each month.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, contact us and a replacement will be shipped within 7 business days.
4. Limitation of Liability
Furprise Box is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents caused by the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for supervising their pets during play. Always remove broken or worn toys immediately to prevent choking or injury.
We source our treats from trusted local vendors. However, Furprise Box is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse health effects caused by the consumption of treats included in the box. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredient labels and consult with a veterinarian if their pet has known allergies or dietary restrictions.
5. Pricing and Data Policy
All prices are listed in CAD. We reserve the right to change pricing or offerings at any time.
Your personal information is used only to fulfill orders and improve customer experience, and will not be shared without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Modifications and Upgrades
Subscribers on the 3-month plan may upgrade to a 12-month plan at any time by emailing us at info@furprisebox.ca
