Shipping policy

At Furprise Box, we currently offer delivery and pickup options within Ottawa only.

🐾 Local Delivery (Ottawa)

Boxes are hand-delivered by our team with care.

Deliveries typically occur between the 10th and 15th of each month.

You will receive an email confirmation once your box is out for delivery.

🐾 Pickup Option

Want to pick up your box instead? You’ll receive $2 off your order.

Once your box is ready, we’ll contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup time and location.

🐾 Delivery Outside Ottawa

At this time, we do not offer regular shipping outside of Ottawa. If you’re outside the area and interested in Furprise Box, please contact us — we’d love to hear from you!

🐾 Missed Deliveries

If we’re unable to deliver your box after two attempts, we’ll contact you directly to arrange pickup or reschedule. Additional delivery attempts may incur a small fee.
