At Furprise Box, each box is curated with love and tailored just for your pup. Because of the personalized nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a box has been shipped.

However, your satisfaction (and your pup’s tail wags) mean everything to us!
If there’s an issue with your order — such as damaged items, missing products, or incorrect delivery — please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your box and we’ll make it right.
